Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on Thursday-Sunday or holidays in order to avoid the unlikely possibility of product melting.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. USPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so delivery time does not include these days.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Yetibles ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where Delta-8 THC, THC-O and/or other specific isomers are legal
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Yetibles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost & Damaged Shipments
Yetibles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment from Yetibles carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 30 days of receipt by writing to SlingLoadDistributionLLC@gmail.com. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Yetibles. For products purchased at other retailers or websites, please contact the vendor.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are, however, not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be at least 50% full for a valid refund. Refunds can only be accepted for product purchased directly from Yetibles. Please submit this request by writing to SlingLoadDistributionLLC@gmail.com.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you purchased your Yetibles product from another retailer, we can accommodate an exchange. The product must be at least 50% full, and include a detailed reason for the exchange request. Please submit this request by writing to SlingLoadDistributionLLC@gmail.com. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, and be accompanied by a receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
